Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Client/User/You: Anyone who uses our services. Services: Our digital offerings. Deliverables: Completed products. Agreement: The legal binding based on these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to legally enter a contract.
• You must provide accurate details when registering or ordering.

3. Scope of Services

We provide: website/app development, SEO, graphic design, AI/chatbots, marketing, branding, and more. We reserve the right to update services at any time.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Orders, Quotes & Contracts

All jobs are confirmed via quote. Additional work outside scope may be charged separately. Final deliverables are shared as agreed.

6. Payment Terms

• Quotes are in USD.
• Partial or full advance may be required.
• Accepted: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
• Late payments may delay project or cancel service.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelations within 48 hours may qualify for partial refund. No refunds for completed milestones. Refunds processed in 7–14 business days.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Share required assets and feedback promptly.
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeline.
• Maintain personal data backups.

9. Revisions and Support

We offer limited revisions as per contract. Extra changes may be billed. Support is based on maintenance plans or hourly fees.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

We retain IP until final payment is received. After that, IP transfers to the client (except third-party elements). We may showcase work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

11. Confidentiality

We will keep your shared data confidential. You agree not to share our internal methods or tools without consent.

12. Third-Party Tools

Some services may use third-party plugins/APIs/software. We are not liable for their behavior or policies.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We offer services “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., SEO ranking). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, etc.).

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may also cancel services by written notice, but payments are still due based on progress.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of the Pakistan, United States.

17. Dispute Resolution

We prefer resolving issues via mutual discussion. If not possible, arbitration or court may be used depending on the case.

18. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms anytime. Updates will be posted on this page.
